She’s patient and stands by her man while he’s working on the truck; She knows more about cars than my last girlfriend, but I don’t think she knows how to work on them…

where they bolt to? Maybe you got a first gen version.

 

The holes sorta line up and they are definitely the right size for 2nd Gen taillights, but I felt like I was going to break something if I tried to force them in…

A few minutes later after my friend tapped on it…

 

Acting up again…

 

Is it the camera or the Pioneer or possibly the harness? RCA jacks can be iffy sometimes.

 

Now it’s useless because I’ve got my girlfriend’s scooter on the back (she’s got a foot injury), but it’s working again…

 

My neighbor who installed the camera back in 2016 took a look at it and we confirmed it is the camera; The camera never gave me ANY trouble until July 2021…

 

Sorry for jumping between threads here; This scooter almost ended up being trouble than it was worth…

This scooter was purchased by my girlfriend, used (on Facebook Marketplace I believe), and it wasn’t used that often by her family; At the time these pictures were taken, it had been sitting unused in the sunroom since before COVID…

My girlfriend plugged it into the charger, and let it charge, and she just assumed it was fine because it had power and horn worked; Turns out that the batteries were totally shot…

 

The scooter powered on, and the horn worked, but the damn thing wouldn’t move…

After calling around a bit, my girlfriend’s dad got into contact with a buddy of his who works at AutoZone and got a good deal on two new batteries; My girlfriend and I went in her old Explorer to go pick up the batteries, and here they are after I placed them in the scooter…

 

Girlfriend’s driveway is deceptively steep…

 

This was last Thursday (August 26th); My house has a new rodent eradication system that likes to hide in the stone facade…

 

I have no idea how long this guy has been here, but he (or she…?) was trying to get into the garage…

 

My friend and his wife sold their restaurant (Coach’s in Doylestown) and moved to Florida; They gave away what they didn’t need, and I scored a free portable A/C unit!

 

My house is only five years old as of this post and does have central air (one system for the 1st floor and one for the 2nd floor), but there is something wonky with the ductwork in the attic and the thermostat on the 2nd floor has to be set to 65-67 for my room to be comfortable; Not gonna be a problem anymore!
