Magnuson and a 6sp MT

Who here is running the new Magnuson SC in their manual taco? I have a 2021 Sport MT arriving in 4-5 weeks and I'm seriously thinking of pulling the trigger on the supercharger. Based on my understanding the Magnuson warranty starts the day the truck leaves the dealership, so if this is the case it would make sense to install as close to delivery date as possible. Looking for some honest reviews from MT owners.

Let me guess, probably not smog legal in California?

 

It is for 2016-2020 models, not yet for 2021s.

 

I have the Maggy on my 17 manual. I like it.

 

I doubt it would be legal to Smog Check in Cali. No modifications allowed to my knowledge

 

They have to have a carb stamp on them

 

You would be wrong, they are completely legal to install on Tacomas in CA and pass smog checks.
