Yikes. Seems like they can’t keep their own data straight between versions/platforms. Not confidence inspiring.

It still blows my mind that the normal business model now is to develop a product with venture capital, get tons of users, and then figure out how to make money off it before going broke.

Having worked in venture-backed software companies... I wouldn't take VC money (especially 3+ year old VC money) as a sign of imminent success or quality.

VCs are having a great run if 3/10 of the companies they invest in turn a profit.

Luling, TX. Jeez. I'd never considered the blades being transported across railroad tracks.

My uncles company moved blades in Casper, WY for awhile. I never heard of any train collisions ha

Found a few articles on it. A poor route survey by the company is likely. And the driver should've shoved the crossing sign/bars and F-150 out of the way. At least less damage that way.

Also just learned Union Pacific Railroad state police exist.

    @Sperrunner

Seeing as how I'm moving out in a few days, I finally decided to empty out the hallway closet.

Found this in the very bottom tucked away!

I had completely forgotten I ever bought this thing!

I'll have to search to find when I first bought this thing and posted about it.

Yeah all the major railroads have their own police.

Sorta looks like it might have been clear when he started, but having to turn really screwed him up. I kinda feel sorry for the driver, he got put in a bad spot.

Thanks man! Lots of sludge came out of the frame drain holes when i sprayed it out, thats the shit that had me most worried besides the engine bay.

Got to go out for a day trip up the mountains yesterday, went well and the gf got an orange creamsicle float lol. Now time to get ready for this weekend's camp trip, she works half day friday and im off to prep all that morning before leaving

    Well Gents

Today is officially my last day at work!

It still hasn't hit me, but I can tell you my wife is excited as hell about it.

Should be interesting now that the news is out with most of my co-workers; for many reasons...the owner told me to keep it under wraps so I only shared the news with those I'm close with over there.

I don't really plan on doing too much so it'll be a chill day today!
