    Well... that's annoying!

Must be my uncaffinated eyes.... for some reason the plates seemed way larger in the first images.

I've had to fabricate a few different steel plate attachments for mag base over the years. Nothing beats the rigidity of the mill when possible though.

Well we just got confirmation from our realtor that our offer was accepted. Guess now I need to schedule the inspection and a whole host of other things. Here's hoping it all goes smoothly!

All right! Wait until you move in, then the real fun begins. :frusty:

I remember my first closing, writing all the checks -- I had worked an entire year of overtime to save up the 20% down they required back in the day, smoke was coming off the pen.

Wish I could of found a home this year, but the market in my area has been a dumpster fire. I'll try again next year with a different realtor and mortgage company. Looking like I'll probably have to go across the boarder to Maryland or West Virginia as Pennsylvania is way too damn high in the areas I'd consider. Alas, looks like I'll have to be going over that mountain one more winter... :annoyed:

We did a first time home buyers loan so only did 3.5% down and no PMI. Unfortunately it came with 5.54% interest. Luckily we got appraised for 30k more than what we paid and were able to drop that to 3.275%, from a 30 year to a 20 year, kept our monthly payment and still no PMI when we refinanced with the currently low rates.
