    Yikes. That sucks. It reminds me of a story though…
    I was living in Corpus Christi, TX and my car was in the shop. My boss was a super nice guy and let me use a company car which was against the rules. So of course a hurricane takes out a huge tree in my yard, which lands partly on the trunk of the car and partly on the roof of my house. Doing major damage to both. Not to mention the floodwaters turned it into a 4 wheeled aquarium. Completely missed the work location so lying about where it was parked wasn’t an option. We were lucky the corporate office liked us both and decided to just write it off and pretend it didn’t happen. I didn’t have hurricane insurance so they paid to fix my roof and took it out of my check a little at a time. That was a good company.
