I’m trying to get a (disassembled) roof rack from Chesapeake, VA up to philly. No rush of a timeline. I have someone for the DC to Philly leg so really only need someone from me to DC.

If nothing works out I’ll just bring it with me next time I head up to rausch creek off-road park.

Just for future reference I'm like 3 miles from the route 15/i80 interchange, so if anyone ever needs to drop something for future pickup I have a big ass garage.

I travel I-70 from Baltimore to WV in my Tacoma every weekend. I'm more than happy to help if something needs hauled.

    Some possible resolutions

    1) Duct tape, on your back, the front fender, rear fender, on top of your gas tank. (think old school cafe racer look). My money is on top of your helmet.
    2) Borrow a shopping cart from Walmart, and tie this to a rope, and you can bring a dozen gas tanks.
    3) A backpack. (this is the most logical but soooo boring)
    4) A passenger could hold it.
    5) A trash bag or some other type of large shopping style bag, with handles.
    6) A milk crate with some bungee cords.
    7) Fill the tank with helium and tie a string to it.
    8) Add frilly crepe paper to the tank, tie it to a string and a pole and hang it over your head, wear a blindfold. This will be super festive.

I'm sure I could go on and on all day but I think these are great ideas to start with.

 Another great idea and if you refer back to my #2 we could basically use the shopping cart as a side car. :bananadance:

Haha, those photos are great. I have similar ones I took when I was in Vietnam. It's pretty fascinating just watching those guys drive, talk on a cell and smoke a cigarette all at the same time.

Dave, I have faith in you my man lol
