I've been driving with the KDMax 6.0 SLT tune on 2020 OR, and it's good overall except for one thing.
Any situation where I'm slowing down and having to speed up, in say traffic or even a stop sign, unless I'm super careful, slow and light on the throttle like a grandma, the truck jerks. It's almost like a delay or a slip.

I'm about to have the guy who did the tune reflash it with the wifey tip-in, but wanted to ask.

I had the same situation when test driving the various KDMax tunes. I would get down to 18 or 20 mph and give it some gas to hold that speed and it would jump about 200 rpm. Usually in 3rd gear. Told Kreg about it and he tweaked that right out. I settled on SLT.

Contact the guy who flashed it and he can get it adjusted for you. All part of making the customer happy.

Any advice on which of the four auto tunes helps the exhaust sound more aggressive? Or if it will change the exhaust note at all?

None. The most you'll get with it sounding more aggressive is better gear hold at higher RPMs and lead foot fun!

The only way you will change the audible note of the engine is with a Cold Air Intake (aggressive like the S&B) and/or exhaust system upgrade with a less restrictive flow.

Met with @NickJacq23 over the weekend to have my '21 TRD Off-Road tuned. Did the premium tune with light throttle. I have a Borla cat-back exhaust and the Injen intake as the only engine mods. I will preface this by saying that I'm truly spoiled by the other vehicles I've owned in the past and my other cars now. It was a day-and-night difference on the 2.5hr drive back home through the rolling hills of Kentucky. On the way out, the truck felt like a 85yo life-long smoker with emphysema trying to run a 5k. On the way back, it felt like my wife's '21 Highlander, which is to say, exactly how I would expect a modern car or truck, from the factory, with a V6, to feel on the highway. The truck is nice and snappy off the line now and the jerking acceleration from a stop problem has been mostly solved, along with the truck's love affair with making it to 4th gear as quickly as possible. It won't turn it into a high performance vehicle, it won't make you run 11s at the drag strip, but man this is how these trucks should be coming from the factory. Give these dudes a contract, Toyota, and put this tune on the trucks as they roll off the line.

I was having the same issue. 80% of my driving is around town and the jerky starts was a pain. (particularly when backing into a parking spot)
I flashed Wifey 7.0 last Friday and the difference was amazing. Tip-in is smooth just like a normal vehicle.
I did a 150 trip today that was all highway and averaged 25.8 mpg!

Same here! Initially got the 87 SLT 6.0 tried it for 3 tankfuls but felt too touchy for my driving style. I got it re-flashed to WifeTip by @TacoManOne and so glad I did. It was just right for me.

Update on the Hurricane we just had come through.

My family is safe. Power is out. Generator running. Cleaned up messy yard. My back fence is Leaning.
House is fine, I looked all around--no missing shingles. Probably be without power a few days.
    Still windy and rainy.
    Overall--We are very lucky!
Thanks for all the prayers and well wishes!

I just read through the first post and I’m a bit confused on how to purchase this tune. I currently have VFTuner and OVTune 2.0, do I just need to purchase a tune pack?

What would yall recommend for a focus on mainly rock crawling? LT or SLT? Currently stock gearing but have a bunch of steel armor on the vehicle as well as 34's

Hmm. If throttle behaves the same way in 4lo as it does in 2hi, I'd say SLT or Wifey.
I haven't had a chance to use mine in 4lo just yet, but in lt and even slt gas pedal is very sensitive.
