Sold my 4Runner this weekend! I miss it already. It was an awesome daily, but the GX will be a better daily.

I walked into the dealership with a quote from Carmax and told them if they can beat it and save me the drive out to Sterling, they can have it. Was in an out in under 45min. It was great.

Thinking of ordering Bilstein 6112s and top hats.... does anyone know a place locally that will put them together for a relatively decent price?

DANG MAN! I guess now I gotta go the route you and @BTHawk did and fork over the big bucks and do the self-tuning investment plan (circa 2022/23!!)

Oh nice! I'll shoot Adam a text (I've obviously been away from Tacoma stuff for awhile)

    Thanks guys!

Duan! Good to see you man... I actually JUST got rid of the 4R 2 weeks ago after 6 years and 40k miles (Karen doesnt drive too much). Vroom offered me $36,600 for it (I paid $37,250 for it BRAND NEW in Oct of 2015)

We just bought her a 2021 GMC Yukon with the 3.0L Duramax diesel (needed more room since the kids are getting bigger and 3rd row since the mother-in-law is about to move in w/ us)

Re my vehicles: I got rid of my cement Tacoma, and then had a 2019 F-150 then a 2020 Ram 2500 w/ the Cummins diesel... both of which I ended up flipping for a decent profit after driving for a little while (since the used car market is insane)

Check out my build thread (Beginning of Money Pit)
I have some lightly used (less than 200 miles) and dirty bora .75 wheel spacers Ill let go for like 70 bucks if you want them. They are hub centric.

Have you seen the slip on hub centric spacers I have in the rear? If you only need a small spacer, it’s the way to go IMO.

Does anyone own/know of someone that does/or place that rents a compost spreader? Also called a top dresser? I have only found one place in all of NOVA that rents one and trying to get it is impossible. I would buy one, but they're ridiculous in price. Like $3400 or so.

I did see those too, which is what I was thinking with the 1/2" spacers. I'm kind of a weenie to replace with longer studs, but I can do it. The 4runner studs have only 3/4" stick out from the hun through the rotor

Edit: I could also buy new wb with longer studs too

How big of an area are you doing? I'm not seeing any priced that high unless your looking for a professional truck mounted or tow behind.

We had local guy aerate ours (good deal because he was doing a neighbors house) He does the top dressing, but he's up here. And his stuff was all rented from Sunbelt.

Replacing studs is so incredibly easy, you could definitely handle it. Cost wise the 3/4" bora are cheaper but I like the fact you can get the minimum poke you need with the slip-on as well as fewer points of failure vs a bolt-on.

    I'd check here...

    https://www.jefferson-rentals.com/

I've always found them to be a fair price and have a good selection of equipment.

1/2 acre. I've been looking at the tow-behind versions. I did it by hand a couple of years ago. Never again. Took me three days to do and I think I permanently broke something.

I'll look at that Jefferson joint. If I can find one to rent, I'll travel a little.
