My newish bday tradition is to go to Texas Roadhouse and get a steak and drink a lot of beer.

The restaurant is a total meme and I love it

They try so hard and it works. But not for the reasons they’re going for.

    It sure works for me.

I love that they're the only chain restaurant I know of that can consistently make a rare steak.

I keep finding drips of power steering fluid on the floor at random. Like once a week. Hmm.

It’s a good feeling place for sure, has a good vibe. A lot of the chain places feel like chains.

Maybe. One of them is all wet on the bottom. Or maybe my plumbing job is less than perfect.

Probably should fix it before I drive to middle of nowhere banjoland this weekend. Or at least pack some extra.

Only chain restaurant in all of San Angelo, TX that can consistently deliver warm food to the table. I wish I was joking. Which is rough because it's always packed with an hour wait to be seated.

The one in Amarillo is straight rowdy. It was a great time. I ended up at a house party with a buddy, a bunch of randoms, and a former beauty queen. Being super hungover for the drive back to Denver with no AC and no cruise on a bright and sunny day sucked, though.

But you’re within spitting distance of Perinis in Buffalo gap. Makes up for it IMO :D

Yep, that's what you'll get at the suggested temp/time.

Dammit. All the lines look good. Probably the rack itself leaking.
