I have been comparing out the specs for my next set of tires. I have narrowed it down to a few choices.
Question I have for you friends is do you have anything to say about Nitto Crosstek 2's (good or bad) . I would be getting them in the 265/65R17 to fit exactly what I have now. My present tires have not given me the longevity I expected (32K only)
Please give me your thoughts -(real word preferable, as in- you have experience with them)
I had some Vredestien Pinza's in my short list, but my favorite supplier can't get this brand and the Pinzas are a new tire model for this company.
    Thanks for your input(s)

Correct, somewhat less aggressive, than my present Yoki G015's, which only give 32-33K in life. I do so little off road.

I'll take a look at these , problem is that the last set of Bridgestones I had on a vehicle WERE CRAP, and that left a bad taste in my mouth!

Very little as our ice and snow days here in mid MO have been getting fewer. Living in a city -the street guys get them cleaned off fairly quickly, and being retired , I can always put stuff off till the next day!

I am on my second set on Michelin LTX AT2's and I think they are great. First set got 90k miles on them and replaced them at 5.5 years due to tread and sidewall getting some cracks/dry rot. They had 8/32nd's on them when I replaced them. I do all highway driving and these are quiet for an all terrain tire. Highly recommend.

I was gonna say the same without needing to get some snow or ice traction I would buy a set of Michelins hard to find a tire that will out wear them.

I’ve been running Nitto G2s. Have very good street manners IMO. My current set have 60k on them with 9/32s left. I do a lot of hwy driving.

Are your tires the Nitto Crosstek 2's or the Nitto Grappler 2's? Thanks for your response!

I checked out reviews -- for my needs they would also work. Dang it - now another option to think about

they were a great highway tire. They did good in the snow too. My 4runner has toyo at3 now. Of course they are louder with worse fuel economy.

edit: I still had plenty of tread left when I replaced them at 50,000 miles. I just needed a tire that could get me through chain controls without chains.
