I'll be good to leave at 6 or 7.

So can we talk about routines so I can plan accordingly.
Are we planning on packing up early and hitting the road right away or is the plan to bs and hang out and hit the trail later? Also are we planning on setting up camp earlier?
I appreciate things can change and I'm OK either way but it's nice to know ahead of time what the plans are so we're all on the same page.

We can have quick pleasantries when you guys arrive. Make sure everyone topped off, any last minute pick ups from the store if needed.
    Then hit the road.
From Flagstaff we have a 4-5hr drive to Arch Canyon. However if it is of the consensus of the group we can stop at a place earlier.

I'm sorry. I was referring to the days when we're out. In the mornings, is the plan to break camp early and hit the trail quickly or is going to be more of a relaxed later start times?
I've been out with groups before and some people are up early quick breakfast, pack up and the hit the road and other times people like to sleep in and make a big breakfast and hang out and bs.

Monday, because of the permits and times to get in the gates is the only day we will have to get going at a quick pace.
Rest of days, I'd say we'll be moving before 0900 as sunrise is 0700 and it'll get pretty warm quickly.

I’d like to add that if we have the opportunity to end the day a bit early I am all for that. I want to tackle some miles this trip, but I am not interested in driving 10+ hours each day.

I plan on enjoying my time outdoors without feeling the need to rush anything. I’m bringing a small backpack as I know we will hike around to take things in. The temps can be over 100, so that may keep us inside our trucks during the hottest part of the day, but will depend where we are at.

I have a preliminary copy of the route files, but I know @Sixthelement has worked on it more since then. He'll be busy this week with work, but he usually finds time to get personal things done too.

Some weather/location info just to have:

    Sunrise ~7:15 am
    Sunset ~7:45 pm

Temperatures in Cedar Mesa (first night) look to be in the low 80's during the day with mid 50's at night

Temperatures in Canyonlands look to be in the high 80's/low 90's during the day with low 60's at night. Roughly the same goes for Moab.

Of course temps vary greatly depending on elevation.
