    Funny how defensive people get when they bring it tools to get fixed and I just ask questions to get an idea of what caused them to fail. Tellin the guy "don't worry, it's under warranty as it's obvious you didn't abuse it" but he tells me he's drilling 1+ inch pilot holes with the bottom barrel Ryobi 18v and wonders why it's failing. Poor little Ryobi.
