seriously though, the supercharger with a. 5 speed on the 3.4. Fucking hell. Not fast. But it’s light years ahead of a stock 3.4

 

I wouldnt know. My 3RZ gets itself out of the way with the 5 speed. Way better than a 22RE/W56. Merging onto an interstate in that truck was sometimes terrifying.

 

I’d say this 98 is on par with the tundra speed wise. Tundra still has it beat hp and torque wise though.. by about 30 hp and torque… doesn’t weigh a hell of a lot more either.

Well no shit Sherlock. @eon_blue states this seems to be normal. But honestly, I’ve never heard a 1st gen doing this.. this is usually a 2nd gen thing

My pedal feels normal - pretty smooth up and down. It does like to creak when it's cold and occasionally has a little pop to it, but it's always been like that
