    I’ll pray for you guys. My husband spent 14 years fixing all the bullshit that was wrong with his house (similar shit). He had the horsehair plaster too, heavy af but no asbestos.

    Yes, and I don't want to toss out 240k without doing my due diligence. We actually included a 20 day inspection period since we knew this place was going to need work.

    I have an asbestos contractor’s contact at work I can give you when I go in Tuesday if you want? We use him for stuff at work if we need a sacrificial lamb.
