The wife makes pickled hot carrots. I just looked in the refrigerator and there aren't any left she uses a French fry cutter on the carrot and then puts in peppers, garlic and dill and forget if theres anything else. They're good.

Nice. You'll have to dehydrate them first if you do that. I've never tried with fresh peppers for long term because I am pretty sure you'll get some nasties growing that way but you could do it on the fly for a dish or whatever.

That's unfortunate. Nothing beats corseted tatas.
