It's a joke that people don't respond to a simple email or text these days, that's a sign of bad business. "I'm too busy" or "I'm a one man band" isn't an excuse to not respond to a customer. If that's the case you bit off more than you can chew, shame on you for not being responsible. It takes 5 seconds on your phone to reply, if you're that lazy to not keep them updated then you don't deserve the person's business to begin with. Glad you got your money back!

I agree. Using "sorry I didn't have time to respond" "I'm too busy" is a piss poor excuse on why you are not providing the goods/services you as a business are offering. Let alone not getting back to anybody for weeks, that is borderline criminal. Glad you got your issue resolved.

He did post on his original page 12voltguy.com that he is moving over to 12voltguy.net (very shady if you ask me, open to interpretation on why the move), and is very open to state that he has a 2-12 week lead time (quite the spread there), that he is a one man show, and that the quickest way for a response is through FB. I still dont think this is an excuse to not respond in over a month, even if you are a solo show.

I would recommend him to outsource his customer service, or at least get some help.

Ya, in my attempt to get ahold of him I found the new site that says 2 to 12 weeks while the other still says 2 to 3 weeks, but it’s difficult to tell, at least for me, wich site is the new one. I did send two messages via Facebook with no response and an email to both sites with no response. I’m my opinion nobody is “steering the ship” so to speak. The fact that PayPal couldn’t get ahold of him is telling. From what I understand if you get enough chargebacks they close your account. That would be a business killer I would think. I guess that would be one way to cut the backlog and get caught up, lol..

So it just got weirder, last Monday I received the harness. Almost 2 months after getting my money back! Also still no communication from him and there is no return address on the box. WTF?? I sent another message via FB on Tuesday letting him know and no response so far. I’m giving him another week and then I’m gonna consider it free.

Bumping an old thread but anyone ever hear what happened? I went to place an order with him but his “new” website is down and his FB page hasn’t been updated in over a year.

This holiday X-mas greeting on his FB page from one of his customers pretty much sums it up:

"Happy Holidays butthole! It appears you stole money from a whole bunch of us.
Beware everyone, his site is still active, but you won't receive anything, including communication of any kind of you buy something."
