    I found as i've gotten older the less I listen to Slayer and Megadeth.

    I've gone soft, it's Phil Collins, Peter Gabriel, Sting, Pink Floyd, Billy Joel and Elton John. I seem to bounce all over the place in the 80s-90s.

    I guess i'll be buying some New Balance shoes soon

    Doing great. Only heavy lifting and certain movements are painful. Still limited motion but is ok.

    After every fight you’re put on an automatic 30 day medical suspension. He’s doing good though. He’s home with me until Tuesday!! :)
