Ha I took last night off as well for a wedding, first time in a suit since my wedding 11 years ago , we clean up pretty well

Thank you, yeah the only suit I owned was the free suit I got when getting the rentals for my wedding party 11 years ago

Found 2 at a good price so now i own 2

Wife wants to play dress up more often now.....were not those kind of people but we'll see

 

I’ll dress up as long as it has pearl snaps.
My wife hates dressing up and clothes shopping in general though, so I’m usually off the hook.

 

Yeah we're not dressing up people either, my wife hates shopping for clothes as well but she wants to try to spice things up I guess. I don't mind it, I prefer to do it doing cooler months if we do. We'll see, everytime we try to do the whole romantic thing usually blows up in our face

 

I wonder when we’ll get to that stage
I feel you on the cooler months, especially in a suit or jacket.

I know the feeling about the suit as well. I used to work Menswear a lifetime ago and wearing a suit daily. Currently I wear pajamas ( scrubs ) to work for the past 17 years. Suits feel foreign to me now.

 

Who wants to go to Spoetzel Brewery ? My call schedule came out and I definitely have the weekend off of call. Let's make this happen.
