Morning Whateverers and happy second Saturday for I think mostly everyone here :notsure:

Unless you have foraging restrictions where you're at you should be able to snatch that up and enjoy. The only ones we have here are based on quantity or unless you're on a tribal exclusive location and even then it's only specific to I think huckleberries and morels. Yes, it's a chicken of the woods and edible and I don't believe there's any sort of look a like bad one for those guys.

If you have Facebook, there's a few large identification groups and your mushroom is a hugely popular one that I see right now for all you east coasters and your rediculous abundance of mushrooms

If you're really interested, I could screen shot a crap ton of matches of all the woods varieties to give you a bit of peace. I think the only problem is when they're nibbled up past their prime.

You guys have way more easily identifiable mushrooms than I ever find :pout:

I don't usually eat this early but for bacon I'd make an exception. Enjoy your breakfast... Wherever you get to finally order it :p

Morning. I have not had a fun night. Kitchen sink backed up and my dumbfuckinass thought it would be a good idea to plunge it.

P-trap blowout and minor flood of nasty sink water mixed with last week's chicken soup.

Spent all night snaking it but kept getting hung on some freaking corner about 6 feet down that I couldn't get around. Finally managed to round the corner this morning with a power drill and a tapestry of swear words. And just on the other side I struck the cause of the traffic jam - a coke can pull tab. :frusty::anonymous:

I now get to spend my Monday replacing half the laminate in the living room (thank goodness I have a number of spare boxes)

... But hey. At least I didn't have to call the plumber, right?

I don't let anything go down our sink for this very reason. Good luck on the repairs :fingerscrossed:

    Order of operations:

    1. Finish my coffee.
    2. Put my kitchen back together.
    3. Shower off the remnants of liquid plumber, chicken soup, and whatever foul creature I fished up from the depths below the foundation.
    4. Make cinnamon rolls and have a hard think about what I did.

    5. Maybe start pulling the floor, or maybe put the salt rub on the rack of ribs I picked up on sale. I dunno.
