front differential drive shaft zerks are very hard to grease - I saw a Youtube from ChrisFix on grinding the grease gun tip so it fits but I can't find ? Any reply and or link appreciated.

Does your grease gun have a flexible hose?
That’s the only way I’ve found to get to the one closest to the Transfer Case.

thanks for the reply - the problem I'm having is the coupler doesn't easily couple onto the zerk because of the angle - ChrisFix said to grind down the coupler so that it works at the difficult angle - I was trying to find exactly how to grind it. BTW I do have a flexible hose - she would prefer a stiff hose. Thanks again.

you push it onto the nipple it's not that hard

with a manual truck in neutral that lets you spin the shafts by hand to an angle that makes accessing the zerk easier

I just did mine today. Get a grease gun like the ones above, then rotate the driveshaft by hand until the zerk is facing down, and slightly to the side, this should make the opening big enough to fit the end into.

On my grease gun, if I unscrew the tip/nozzle a little, it's easier to clip on. If you go too much, it won't stay on but you can adjust them. See if yours is similar.
