3rd Gen Magnetic Gray Thread

Looking for some 2020 MGM flares in good condition.

 

Does anyone have side profiles shots of their MGM without the B pillar vinyl? If you have before/after pics that would be even better!

 

Not yet, but I pick mine up from the dealer tomorrow and am planning on removing it. I'll be sure to post pics!

Why do your headlights say Pro?

Guilty! I didn’t like the non-pro LEDs but loved the Pros so I had to.

 

Not hating, at all. I personally love them.

The headlights on my sport are literally the only piece of chrome left on the truck, only a matter of time before they are replaced and I have been eyeballing them. How much did they set you back?

 

They were a pretty penny. I bought them December 2019 so they were pretty new which didn’t help the price. They were ~$650 a piece.

Now I see AlphaRex came out with some copycat ones that look pretty nice, but have heard questionable things about their performance. I can definitely say I’m happy with the performance of these.

EDIT: it’s worth noting that the TRD & PRO badges on these headlights are still chrome which are a bummer. That is also the only chrome left I have on my truck.

 

Nice, would stick to OEM as well.

Also, what happened to your predator side step on the driver side??

 

Haha, that ones always a good conversation starter! I ripped it off on a pretty big rock on the trail. I grinded it off for now until I can get some decent armor especially because my girl still needs it to hop in the truck haha.

 

Here’s mine hauling 6 Taylor juniper trees. Fun truck so far for my first one.

This is why I'm getting a Taco.
I live on a mountainside of several forested acres. Built the home two years ago after retirement. But I'm working harder than ever with homeowner projects. I'm buying a truck to use as a truck, LOL.
But it's great that a Taco is equally adept at being a recreational.vehicle.

 

Thanks! Yes it definitely will do the trick. Loads of weeds, trees, mulch, plants, and with the roll up cover did great hauling luggage on vacation. You will really enjoy it!
