$1000.00 with the Thule rack system.
    $300 without.
This was off my 2008 BLUE DCLB. Color was close enough to my 2014 so I never had it painted.
Window screens need to be replaced and the are holes from the previous rack that will need to be filled bit I never bothered. Just some guerilla tape and it was good enough.
I was good to keep the snow out of the bed, and keep my tools and equipment out of sight.

Cash and carry. No checks. no delivery.
Cap is located in Worcester Massachusetts

Is that a typo? 700 for the Thule rack wrapped in duct tape?

    Rack is brand new.
I put pipe insulation on the across bars and guerilla tape over the insulation.
All this lasts a very long and prevents damage (ie.ash gunwales on a canoe) I also thinks it helps with snugging down a load.
Don't want it. Cut it off.
I paid $966.57(I can show you the receipt) for this system last year

If you don't want the rack, fine I will gladly remove it and put it on my new cap, but as you see you will be left will a shitload of holes. Hence the $300 price tag.
Cap is in good shape. Paint is in good shape.
No cracks in fiberglass, no peeling of paint, no fading.
