Wife caught a couple nice fish this morning but threw them back. She had a big catfish come off the hook in her kayak and cut her up a bit. But she's ok, just said it took some of the fun outta it.

I'm not sure about Nebraska but think that they are now. It used to be only legal for a person with disabilities that prevented them from using a regular bow.
