I'm looking to replace the plastic cap beneath the clutch pedal that holds the kick panel on. Does anyone happen to know the size/pitch of the stud? My Google searches have been unsuccessful. TIA

Probably better off going to a dealer?

I have extra wiring down there so it keeps popping the stock plastic nut/cap off so I'm looking to replace it with a metal nut.

Can’t you just go to Ace with the plastic one and get the info you need? That’s what I usually have to do.

Right, I’d reroute the excess at least if not shorten to length. There is a huge pocket to hide wire- go up 8”, left 6” and tuck it

There's a lot of room just below the drivers door flex boot. Where the floor plan meets the fender area is a nice lil pocket.
