If they were lucky don't you think there would be only 1 tent?

 

I figured the ground tent was/is for @buffedout's doggo.

 

I'd have a tent for my dog...

 

Unless there's kids getting kicked out to the ground tent along with a pup, that ain't happening

You have kids so you get a pass on being confused at tent hierarchy

 

I’ve got two tickets to the Super Bowl. Fifty yard line. Unfortunately I just found out it falls on the same day as my wedding. If anyone wants to take my place, her name is Melissa. She’ll be wearing a white dress. 2pm at St. Mary’s on Laughlin Ave.

You wouldn't put a dog in a tent by itself?

 

Umm, no. Dogs can't use zippers. If you're trying to keep your dog out of your actual "bed", then buy a tent properly sized to accommodate them. Just my .02.

 

We crate our dog every night because he's still a puppy. I would probably feel the same about camping with him.

 

We never saw those great pumpkins on a Charlie Brown special.

 

I selected my dog with a roof top tent in mind. A chihuahua I can lift up there even though I’m old and feeble. It turns out she’s the best dog I’ve ever been owned by. A great little camping buddy. Even if she does try to convince me a raccoon is a grizzly.

 

I would kind of like a smaller breed too, one that eats less and leaves less.
Wife is more inclined to get another Lab or German Shepherd.
Yeah, something like mini doberman. One that would just wake me up if someone were to try and get in the house or outbuildings.

 

I think that's an expensive mistake to make, but I guess tents can be cheap.

I'm over discussing it. I think it's a dangerous situation to put a dog in and does absolutely zero for your own protection. To each his own.

That's cause to your pup that raccoon is a grizzly lol. Poor thing would just shit itself if it saw an actual bear which reminds me of the time we had a large raccoon crawl up on the truck while sleeping. Pretty sure I almost had a heart attack that night

 

But can he use a zipper?
