We all signed the lease and share the $1500 rent responsibility. The landlord is pretty understanding so we’ll have a month or two after kicking this guy out. I’ve considered having a student from the Air Force base move in short term. Until we can locate the right third person.

have the landlord change out the locks after you kick this other dude out. Or he might swing by for some early morning showers still

that took me a minute, I first thought someone drew a lower control arm on the oil filter to throw off the lube tech

A trade show annnnnd a software release

Not excited about the show. Attendance is going to be way down but we still have to do all the work to get ready.

software release is looking less warty than the last one at least

    lol

I wouldn't be let go for it but this makes me laugh because any time I take more than a day off I get flak for it.

It says right there I have X amount of paid time off. Why wouldn't I use that. Turning down paid vacation should be considered a mental disorder

Our leadership keeps telling us to take vacation because they want us to stay healthy. It’s important I think

Our HR will send out an email once in awhile saying the same thing lol. I think they have to though.

Last time it was "every time you take a vacation we're left in a tough spot. How do you think we can make this work so that doesn't happen?"

I dunno, not my problem you guys laid off the rest of the department 2 years ago :burp:

    That's awesome.

A lot of companies will forget about the well-being of their employees only to burn them out and wonder why they quit.

I only recently came around to the idea of iced coffee, for the longest time I thought it was just old/cold hot coffee that people put ice into. Which tastes like shit btw lol. I think some people do make it that way

But yeah when it's cold brewed from the get-go its actually not bad at all

I don't even drink it in it's "hot" form, much less cold

    How'd Rebecca like that coffee?

I can't tell what's good or bad but when it comes to foods, farmers markets are always the best.

I think she made some of it this AM as I was leaving for work, I'll ask when I get home this afternoon. It definitely smelled good that's for sure

I don't know why but I just sort of lost my craving for hot coffee awhile back. I'll still have some once in awhile but just a few sips maybe. But the smell of good coffee will never get old
