I only recently came around to the idea of iced coffee, for the longest time I thought it was just old/cold hot coffee that people put ice into. Which tastes like shit btw lol. I think some people do make it that way

But yeah when it's cold brewed from the get-go its actually not bad at all

I don't even drink it in it's "hot" form, much less cold

    How'd Rebecca like that coffee?

I can't tell what's good or bad but when it comes to foods, farmers markets are always the best.

I think she made some of it this AM as I was leaving for work, I'll ask when I get home this afternoon. It definitely smelled good that's for sure

I don't know why but I just sort of lost my craving for hot coffee awhile back. I'll still have some once in awhile but just a few sips maybe. But the smell of good coffee will never get old

I finally got the willpower to go get my grandads truck and bring it home. He passed away a few months ago and left me his chevy. 97 5.0 2wd...Gonna do some odd and ends to get it smooth but not sure what direction to go with it...def. not parting ways with it.

The smell of fresh coffee beans, etc is freaking awesome.

That place smelled so good where we got that coffee; Stephanie got a bag for herself, her dad, and her mom...but let's be real all 3 bags are with her so really she got them for herself

Even asked me if I wanted one, I was like "babe, you know I don't drink it"

lol, I have a gallon ziplock bag full of door locks. I change them every time I move or roommates/change.

The locksmiths seem to want way more than the cost of new door hardware to rekey them. I should probably just learn how to rekey locks myself

just stress about selling my house and moving this month

I got a notification that the buyer requested to transfer utilities into their name starting end of month which is a good sign but they still have time to back out before that happens.

I've often wondered if landlords do that regularly whenever a tenant changes. I don't think ours ever has with this house considering the doors/locks still look 100 years old lol.

Guess it would depend mostly on the tenant/s that are leaving and/or the situation surrounding their departure. I know I probably would change them every time if it were me

I was always disappointed with the fact that you never had the option to hack off a limb in the Oregon Trail game whenever someone got bitten by a snake

Yeah that’ll do it for sure, never done until papers are signed. Feels great when it finally happens tho. They ask for any repairs on the house?

It's surprisingly easy, a mobile locksmith in AZ showed me when he did it, the hardest part is buying the key cutter, the rest of the tools are cheap.

Yeah, but only as it affects the appraisal.

They asked for exterior caulk/paint touch ups on windows, siding, and chimney. Apparently the VA appraiser considers cracked caulk on those "structural" issues.

it was highly recommended to have a contractor do it so I can provide itemized proof it was done. Aside from the chimney I'd have no issue whipping it out in a lazy evening
