Installed a Pioneer DMH-WT7600NEX flush mount install - with a front camera - in my new to me 2018 with only 16K mile TRD Sport in Cement - and love it!
Next major mod is either a tune or a supercharger (wife is on the fence with the SC)

Next simple mods are drilling out the snapped off bolts for the front "skid plate" and getting new bolts in there - since 2 are broken and the thing rattles like a junker!

I got it off Etsy for like $12 shipped. For the price even if it fades I'll just get another.

It already has the lettering I want. It was the silver lettering, but I plasti-dipped it black to match the rest of the blacked out look I was going for. Thank you though. Always appreciate other people's ideas and input for things I may not have considered.

Wouldn't some GooGone and isopropyl alcohol clear that right up?

I'd think, unless its paint discoloration due to the sticker protecting it from the elements

Thanks! :hattip: I thought the same thing after I pulled the vinyl off. I didn't really mind it that much, but after removing it I l think I like this look better for my truck.

None, brand new. Looking for ideas
The bed side is metal. I’m going to actually drill a couple small holes in the corner gussets to allow for water drainage. I was concerned about a rust issue as well.
I’ll finish buttoning it up this weekend. I need to install the reverse sensors, light pods, and clean up the wire harness.
Taking it Monday to test out on a trail called Eldorado Canyon here in Northern Nevada. It’ll be nice to not tear off the factory bumper for once. I replaced bumper caps and bumper supports 4 times this year on the factory bumper.

Nice, I'm the same (stock). A lift and some rubber would be nice, but, can't justify the cost considering it would make getting dirtbikes in the back harder than it already is.

That may be why they broke out the 2nd window. Hoping for an alarm for excitement and effect and didn't get it from the first window. o_O

Looks great without the b-pillar vinyl! One of those mods that is super easy and adds a ton of benefit to the overall look IMO.

Installed the hondo garage unholey mounts with their tablet and phone holders. About to go see how they do on some rough roads.

The short answer is “no”; the long answer is “kinda.” Toyota added CarPlay retroactively for some models, but the Tacoma wasn’t one of them. However, BeatSonic makes an interface that is plug and play, but the resolution isn’t great. The one they sent me also had no sound, so I sent it back and got refunded.

You can also add an Entune 3 system (I.e., swap your unit for a 2020 and up unit) with a special wiring harness. This is $$$. I’ve only ever seen this done on here with non-JBL units, but I assume if you swapped a JBL for a JBL, it would work, but that’s just an assumption.

You gonna go with the furthest on the right, that’s partially out of the frame?

    Looks like a good choice.

Just messing around. Actually I’m at our fleet maintenance yard getting a new tire on my work truck. F250
