Did you cry every time you saw a stanced car or any car with stretched tires?

Here’s a bunch of cars I shot at the L’oe show in no particular order:

Yeah me too. I talked to the guy that designed it (choose the mods) and he's a marketing guy for VW who was really cool.

    https://www.motortrend.com/news/2021-volkswagen-arteon-big-sur-concept/

Yeah like 10% of the known Harlequins were there!

There were even some Polo Harlekins? (sp?) like the Euro version. I think that's what they're called

Oooo, I think I've met the VW marketing guy a few times. Older German gentleman? Rolfe or Roland maybe? He was always bringing around some cool cars that weren't available here. He took me for a spin in a Scirocco and Golf 4 Motion.

Polo is correct. Not sure on their spelling of Harlequin. I've always like the Polo. I wanted a Polo WRC when they came out. Closest I got was the steering wheel in my GTI.

Could be the same dude. Always looked for him anytime a gathering was VW-sanctioned. Real easy to talk to and a wealth of information. I always liked how VW supported their enthusiast scene. Everytime I come back to this thread I want another VW. Probably a good plan for me to wait until my wife's Passat dies. Two VWs is too many VWs when you maintain them!

Yeah it's pretty cool that they care about the end consumer and the "scene"

I really love how big the aftermarket support is for the Mk7's because essentially anything for them or GTI's work for my car. These cars are like Legos!

Yup. All kinds of parts sharing going on. My GTi had coil packs off the R8 even!

You're lucky in that your motor responds like crazy to tuning. The HP they get out of them is insane. To get that out of the old 2.0t I had to spend a ton of money.
