Thinking about pulling the trigger on some 33s, but worried that there could be fitment issues. I don't care much about having to do a CMC or trim up the front fender. More worried about it rubbing the UCA on the TRD rims (7" wide with +4mm offset/3.65" BS) and just plain not being able to fit

I'm on stock suspension right now, maybe will do a 2" lift in the future but from the videos I've seen, the lift doesn't make a difference in being able to clear a larger tire if you go offroad and compress the suspension anyways.

Not sure about 33x12.5, but you can fit a 285/70/17 with the 17" TRD pro wheels. It will clear the UCA, but will need to trim the front fender and possibly CMC.

ended up going with 275/70/17 :) rubbed on my mudflap at 1/2 turn in reverse so removed them and all good but then again no offroading yet. Ordered some rokblokz mud flaps and hoping that'll clear the tires

Sure they'll fit as long as you don't turn in reverse and make sure your wheels are straight when going over bumps and forget about full lock turns. But yeah they'll fit

Pretty sure a 12.50 is going to be very intimate with the sharp end of the stock upper control arm, regaurdless of how tall the tire is.

I would definitely get either spacers, which I'm not a fan of, or better offset wheels and upper control arms.

I just put 275/70/17 on sema wheels this week. Fit totally fine at full lock, on incline and in reverse. No rub at all. I'm also on a trd lift

Any bigger and you will have issues.
