been relentless this year. No signs of stopping. Had a about 4 days of relief here, even cooled off and rained a bit. Back to 90s and smoke again..

Starting to see aspens changing in southwest WY

 

I don't think I've ever seen the BR6's in person, not that I get out that much. There are a bunch of photos of 2nd/3rd gens with them, hardly any 1st gens though.

The SR8's are cool, I like the more tapered spoke look though. Now just need to find something to put on them.

 

yeah they are newer too. I've just never hardly seen an sr8s other than once in St Louis. Either way, super cool!

Yeah what are you going to do? I think Im going to try and get the 275s MTRs just cause. but ready for them to be gone like yours. Bummed about that.

So just talked to Goodyear corporate - the MTRs aren't discontinued, just on national backorder. Discount doesn't know what the hell they're talking about. Should be back in warehouses by the end of the month.

The 275 looks like a good size, I think you'll still need to massage the firewall even with your LCAs though.

I have NO doubt I'll have to do some massaging. Honestly i'm more worried about the front part of the wheel well given the wheel placement with the LCAs. But find out. Gonna order those today.

 

jesus it's smokey here today. Drove Devin to the airport this morning and there was literally no sunrise. Couldn't even see the sun until 30min after actual sunrise.

 

Is it mostly smoke from California fires?

 

Yeah it's pretty decent today, but it was gross yesterday.

 

We've been very fortunate here this year. Essentially no smoke all season, unlike last year.

I think so. There are still some fires in MT that aren't small. And other places.

 

this year has been the worst I've ever seen it. And thats including 2017 when 1.2 million acres burned in MT. Its been terrible.

 

The smoke between lander and cody a few days ago… I hate flying in it. Burns my eyes and sinuses.
