@tcBob is there some reason the Bama parts swap thread is still locked, it has been locked for a while?

 

I don't know if he will put it in the woods or not. I think it would be nice to run it on the trails, it would be easy to sneak up on someone and the power would be good.
The cars they make now last a few hundred miles not sure how long it would last under the strain of rock crawling.

It would be like a RC car, lol

Yep its pefect for small stuff. I even used it to weld mounts on truck and burned straight in.

 

Batteries are gonna weigh a bit especially for a decent run time nice thing can mount them low and plate the bottom.

Jonny now that you have had your 3rd gen for a while. How are the seats? I understand that they may never be as comfortable as the 2nd gen. But, have they broke in some and gotten more comfortable? I’m still looking for the right truck for a great price.

 

The seats never really bothered me, but I’m not a big guy. 5’8” 175lbs.

 

thanks for input. I’m 5’10” and 240. I may just be spoiled with the sport seats in my truck.

 

Ran some beads with the welder for the first time last night. Works awesome! Only used flux since i still need gas and a new regulator for mig but damn the flux is smooth and comes out nice. Welder can also do aluminum with spool gun so that will be fun to learn.

Got my front suck down winch installed today

 

Anyone have a Waterport? I can’t figure out the best way to mount mine. My tonneau cover seems to be in the way.
