Nope, this one was 100% genuine freedom. I checked.

 

I had no idea they were in CA until I saw one while driving home from Lake Tahoe a few years ago. Flew real low right over the freeway in front of us.

 

I was surprised to see one in southern missouri too. Had no idea.

There were two of them goofing around above the river, we were watching them from the campfire.

 

Intrepid explorers.

 

I was on a bike-camping trip a few summers ago. As we're sitting around the campfire, something starts dripping down from the tree some of the bikes were propped against. More dripping. Full-on stream.

A family of raccoon had emerged from their nest in the tree to relieve themselves onto the bikes.

I think one of them stole a bandana I left sitting on the campsite picnic table overnight.

 

Did you drive through Cave Rock on east shore when you were here? They nest near it and sometimes you can see them perch on top.

 

About a million of them come to the areas Vernal and hangout for winter.

Got new cam locks for the tonneau. Super overkill, they’re Finnish disk detainer cam locks made by Assa-Abloy. High security, hard to pick without special tools.

 

Overkill but looks awesome

 

We were already a couple hours south of Tahoe when we saw one, was on the 395.
