I'd need a pee break before the bike needed fuel lol

Did you get a chance to ride the AT that day - what did you think?

Yeah, the 1200/1250 GS adventure’s come with a 8.9 gallon tank. Standard 1200/1250GS is 5.4 gallons

I just finished putting the Airtech full fairing on this Thruxton 900. Repainted the orginal british racing green to this VW dove blue. I almost forgot what it was like to ride on tubed tires again.

crf250l? I've been eying those for a long time and been wanting to pull the trigger on one. In the mean time, I'm riding Chinese clones bc I'm cheap lol.

Yeah, it's a 250l Rally. I had been eyeing them for a while also and finally bit the bullet a few months back. It's been a nice bike to get back on 2 wheels after so many years of not riding anything.

Nice! The thing that's really attracted me to a Rally is a combination of supposed reliability/versatility/ease of maintenance and the nice Rally livery. I know they're not super powerful, but does it work for you?

Pretty much the same reasons I got one. The 250 is fine for me and what I ride for(easy weekend rides up through the mountains and exploring the area when I'm camping out of my truck).

Got some miles in today and hit some LA landmarks.

Crews were setting up for a show tonight but I didn’t see who was playing.

Observatory was closed due to filming but it was still a great and mostly empty ride through the Hollywood hills. The plethora of yoga pant wearing girls out for a hike was a nice addition.

    Swung by Dodger stadium.

then hit up a local spot for some hipster tacos.

That was about 2.5 hours of seat time but only did about 70 miles. Still worth it.

    Same!

I wouldn’t mind paying 3500 for a used one though.

Pre-2008? Not completely. I would like to have a 2008 or later, though.
