    You can. I unbolted the factory pulley. Drilled two more holes, in back of the rear pre existing holes. Re attached the pulley bracket. Nut and bolt the new holes. Get tire fix in the cable, and deflate it and bring it up as close to the bumper as you can. I have pics some place

    -25mm (No spacers)..... did minor trimming front and rear of fender. CMC next just to clear more when wheeling.

    I'm rebuilding mine for the 2nd time with ac Delco ball joints this time. Last time I used Moog. Lasted about 10k each time. I got the newer bushings from jba so I'll be doing that next weekend. Doing lower ball joints again too.
