    Leeper made the shock bodies for Hoe. Hoe did all the valving and had springs made custom.

    Hoe looked at kiddie porn and went to jail. A lot of people at Hoe started up Icon and did everything inhouse. Leeper threw off the shelf springs onto the Hoe bodies that were leftover and claim that the Leeper COs are the exact same as the old Hoes.

    Yep...I considered opening a new thread like they asked...and copy and paste the text from the OP's post into the new thread. :)
