Anyone know what this wire goes to?? Just reinstalled the S/C and I can’t figure out what this connects to? 2011 so no secondary air filter.

 

That looks like the plug that gets removed when you install the supercharger. Some sort of solenoid in the stock intake manifold that opens under certain RPMs cannot remember the name. If it's that you'll be fine leaving it unplugged.

Ok ok, so remember how awesome it was to regear? And how awesome the sc was? Get ready for the next best performance thing with a tune from @JustDSM and @nd4spdbh. Come to think of it, @nd4spdbh give him the super crazy spicy/not spicy trans tune I’m running lol. It’s like the best and worst thing about a manual trans wrapped up in one. Well…..it only works for off road use so maybe not

 

This has me intrigued, dare I ask what the super crazy spicy trans tune is ?!

As aggressive as @nd4spdbh would do for up shifts and the absolute least aggressive downshifts as possible. Wanted a “manual” trans tune that would hold gears when off road which is 90% of the time for me

 

yea, lets not go full plaid and keep it at ludicrous speed.

 

Considering my truck is my daily, definitely not ready lol. Will check back in a few years when it’s a caged truck on a level with @snowsk8air2 !

I currently do valet while finishing school, and full plaid is actually terrifying. When it’s not your car. And it’s got paper plates. And inside a parking garage.

But to anyone curious, the plaids also do 0-60 & 60-0 in one parking garage.

 

@nd4spdbh spicy tune version 3 is probably best for most. If my truck wasn’t 90% off road I would have stuck with that. But it is and he’s been my buddy for 15 yrs now or so and took the last 3 years of convincing to make me the tune I needed lol

yea, its a stuttgart wunderkind go plaid car. aws/awd. it's nuts in the twisties.
