What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

I couldn’t decide on a logo to get for the emblem (premade) so I just bought some 3m 2080 satin and gave it a go for my first try. Not bad with a shitty squeegee and knife. 1 spot looks like a bubble but it’s a rock ding and it looks like the adhesive was creased in some spots (Amazon roll that was semi flattened because lack of tube core or install). I may try again after getting some better tools together

If you do order one check out leers website first. They had a deal going on when I ordered mine so I actually ended up either getting a free carpet headliner , or the free front window. I want to say I choose the front window because it was a little more expensive.

But make sure you check the website out first , when I went to the dealer they never mentioned it. So I had to bring it up, but they honored it.

 

Your color matched cover from your broken mirror will apparently snap right on to the non-oem mirror. I can’t confirm this as my mirror hit a telephone pole at 35mph and exploded. I fell asleep at the wheel, couldn’t been a lot worse… Had to order a silver one from the dealer. Was like $40 bucks.

Recently found a great deal on a Leer 100xl on here that was blue and got it painted for $350. I now have prinsu roof rack and camper shell rack on the way and waiting to get my Eibach pro lift put on. Smittybilt Overlander XL RTT is on the way as well.

Been a rough couple of weeks on my wallet.

 

Does the prinsu camper shell rack fit into the tracks on the camper?

 

Yes it’s designed to fit in those tracks. I’ve got a shell rack on my ARE shell mounted on tracks.

That’s what I was thinking too. I feel like most places you can’t get it vinyl wrapped for that cheap. You did well

 

New shoes. Kumho at51 265/75/16. Very pleased with the look. Exactly what I wanted. Ill have to update later on ride quality etc. so far notice alignment just a bit off to the right. I’ll get an alignment after a few hundred miles

 

I love those headlights. I see an upgrade coming .

 

Got it cleaned up after spending a good chunk of Friday and yesterday as home base for the family while we helped at an aid station at a race. Also hopefully buffed out scratches from when the pup got way too excited and was jumping up and clawing it.
