Let me put it this way, I totally understand painkiller addiction considering they put me on a morphine drip for that one.

I am not a medical professional, so do not take this as medical advice, see you medical provider and speak to your pharmacist about possible interactions....
My brother has had the stones, whereas I have not. I firmly believe that he wanted me to euthanize him the first around.
Main reason could be that I add a pinch of potassium citrate to my morning joe.
Kudos to the medic/medical student assigned to our 'group' while 'testing' in a 'hot, arid environment', for this little piece of knowledge.
And before you go get some and self medicate, remember that meds for stones and this compound could cause (permanent?) damage.
Also know, that many pre-workout mixtures and sports drinks already has this in it, so you may already be benefitting; read the labels.
Also also know, that this is often prescribed to help reduce stones in order to prevent surgery, though in much different dosages.
In this case, a pinch (1/8th teaspoon?) is worth a pound of cure; and, as water grinds the stone, be patient, as more is NOT always better.
    All the best...

I'm used to them at this point. I don't even take meds for them. My last CT the urologist just stopped at saying there are "lots" of stones. They cause me no problems beyond pain and my kidney function is normal.

Usually some prior event like getting sick or getting dehydrated prompts one to kick me in the nuts so to speak.

One might say I have a high pain tolerance.

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
Some silicone and some tape till it cures good as new ! Done this till I got the new light waited till I had a bulb failure to swap the new housing in.

I think silicone and Gorilla tape and cable ties hold my truck together.

I am from the greater Lehigh Valley area .

I spent pretty much of the last 35 years working outside the state where ever the jobs took me as a Mill Wright / Fabricator lots of Powerplant Outage`s and Co-Gen plant Construction and the ever popular gas fired power plants .

Along with assorted other jobs at Steel Mills Cement mills doing refits and installing new machinery

That said I was seldom home for long periods of time and always by Choice sadly all my friends are far away or passing away .

I think about moving but that sucks with all the plunder I have gathered over the years.

The last 2 years were rough my body just got tired of being rode hard and put away wet so I packed it in.

Yes I do Miss working and the people I worked with family in Texas and Florida a brother in the Lehigh Valley I have not seen in years .

No room for an enclosed trailer set up just how you want for your business and keep your truck !!

gotta be cheaper then getting a van .

No. And for just doing windshields no need for a trailer to drag around. The equipment isn't that big. Plus the way gas prices are right now just wouldn't make sense.
And if it makes money I don't care what I drive.
