Kind of a busy day. Got to try out some new car care products....



And got some new/used TRD Pro taillights from a local member. Finally got rid of those weird chrome housings...

I think the hardest part of the swap was figuring out which bolts were for the lights. I knew it was only two, but which ones were a guessing game Those damn pin pockets were a PITA, but a little bit of Fluid Film and they went in like butter. The fact old Blue still lives on through this one in one very small part is cool to me. I'm just a dork

No, you are not a dork! My intent was to give a good deal and good home to these lights! Someone who would appreciate these. Man, maybe I am a dork! Lol

 

Yeah....those look better for sure. And my rig as non-factory installed OEM tails as well. And the Deputy....well the algorithm was originally modified for and by him.
