Drove through this one on the way somewhere else. Pretty good turn out for cars, saw a dozen or so trucks. Good turn out for the start time. Apparently some of this migrates to Leesburg from 9-11.

Ok kids, I bought a travel trailer. I just upgraded the single battery to a dual lithium setup. Anyone want to benefit? Free Group 24 battery and box (if you want) Should basically be brand new (the date isn't marked but it's a 2021 trailer. It's a marine battery so a perfect house battery. Let me know.

 

A little far to drive for a free battery. But if No takers.. Lemme know.

Bucket list item completed.
We did south to north all on Saturday (and only got pulled over once). Not a single drop of rain and low 50s-70s, couldn’t have dreamt it up any better!

 

Anyone in the springfield/burke/Annandale/Arlington area really good at backing out a bolt with the head sheared off? I dremeled slots into it to use a flat head and was able to get a few turns and the whole head snapped off. This is for the OEM roof rack which is a huge POS. Nonetheless I have it stuck on my roof and can’t drive the truck in the rain until I get this off. I’m thinking welding to the bolt is the o my option at this point. If anyone has ideas or can help. Tia!

Is part of it still closed? I was looking at doing the entirety of it a few months ago and a section was listed as shut down.

 

Can you use those bolt extractors for this? It comes two sided, one side for prepping the site and the other (reverse teeth) to grab it and pull out. I've used them on my LCAs before and it worked great....just couldn't get the bolt off after. Worth the $5.

 

Any pics? Depending on the length of the bolt might be easiest to drop the headliner.

 

Yeah from mm 130-110 ish, can’t remember exactly. About a 30 min detour. I will give them props, the detour is marked very well.
