    Kudos to you! I had put on a few (a lot of) lbs after my son was born. I would eat his left over food (mac n cheese, pizza, pasta, etc.). Didn't want it to go to waste ;). My waist size (and my neck size) kept expanding. My habit of downing a few nightly beverages wasn't helping either. Finally, I had enough. Basically quit the nightly adult beverages, cut out the carbs (KETO) and ramped up the exercise. Lost over 40 lbs and have never felt better. What is your secret for the weight loss?

    Mainly portion control, a lot of home cooking and going for liquor instead of beer lol. I have never been good at cutting things that I like out of my life, so I just needed to reel my moderation back in. It also helps I'm not sitting at my desk for hours of the day anymore.

    I've been thicc since I was 12 and a little weight loss won't change that. Also doesn't change the fact that I think you guys believe I'm thinner than I am.
