yup, was my first one. Glad i got it tho, along with the 4 cyl. No timing belts and keep it high in the rpms

 

This whole time I though you had an auto and figured you'd wind up killing yourself because of the tires, gearing, and constant gear hunting

For those of y'all old enough were the oil coolers and coolant pipes that color/texture when new?

 

I should probably flush the trans on the 02, and the bushing, but meh

 

oh nah i couldnt do that with how i drive my vehicles. Truck actually gets about the same mpg, still gets up and goes good with the new tires. Gears are a lil longer, but perfect until i go all out on the rear.

 

Fuck, there's a VW Jetta diesel wagon with a 5 speed I can scoop up for 2500 bucks that looks decent

 

I'm only doing it out of fear that ill have slipping If i end up waiting too long. Im like u with alot of things on the slug haha
