Yup. Fantastic. I wonder if there is a correlation between LB vs SB ship times? JB’s SB was 19 days. Kapn LB was “about a month”. Weeksz LB was 34 days. I have a LB on order, 16 days and counting. I’m not really that impatient…but it is fun having something to look forward to.

Just got an email back from softopper stating that my black longbed softopper will be back in stock on sept 6th and they will then begin shipping.

I got an email from them last week saying the materials would be in on the 30th, then 3 days of production and 3 days to deliver so I should expect mine on 9-6. Fingers are crossed.

Hopefully softopper gets material today. :fingerscrossed:

I've had to wait longer for my softopper than I did my Tacoma. 43 days since I placed the order for my softopper. Truck was 30 days from deposit to delivery. Crazy times.

Did they email you that it was shipped or did you use the tracking number provided in the original email?

Man, this is frustrating. Orders placed two weeks after mine are shipping before mine....SMH.

Maybe because we’re both longbeds. Just a guess. Definitely sucks though.

I was informed by Softopper a couple of weeks ago that the black material was the delay. I'm sure they saw the SB orders stacked up high and our 2 orders for LBs and thought, meh, let's satisfy the masses instead. Just our luck. :) One more weekend I won't be camping and the way Washington weather goes, this weekend might have been my last chance for nice weather.

Yes! Install is about an hour by yourself, take down is 1-2 minutes.

Just got off the phone with softopper. Spoke with Carley in customer service who stated they are now experiencing a clamp shortage and do not know an exact date when clamps will be made available so orders can resume shipping.
Just an update for everyone waiting.

Brutal. Us LB owners got shafted on this one. Order placed July 18 and still nothing. SB orders from August 2nd have already been delivered and installed. I keep hearing great things about Softopper but their customer service is about the worst I’ve ever seen. In this day and age when people can track orders and share timelines, to ship orders that came in after is really painful to see/hear. It’s like putting your name in at a restaurant and watching someone that came in after you get seated before you. I want to stay on my soapbox but I have other productive things to do. :)
