Since the Softopper fold down like a convertible top and convertible top has glass window. I don't see how Softopper can't put a glass rear window.

Probably to cheap.

 

Convertible has a secure place to store the glass. Softopper rolls up and folds out of the way but stays on the truck. Glass might not be best if you're using the truck bed doing truck things

 

Lucked out and found a new Take Off Spare wheel today.

I never seen a Softopper in person. I don't know how the top is stored in the truck bed.

If there was glass in the top is there a way to fold the top and the glass is not easily scratch?

 

I can't think of a way and they don't offer a glass option. Not sure..

My friend had a old CJ7. Top back window had to fold in order to fit.

Is the Softopper like a Jeep where the window has to fold in order to store it?

 

No, with soft sides and rear window it just rolls on itself. And is pretty well it of the way, with glass it would be to big and fragile

 

If the truck Softopper has plastic windows, does it fold in on itself to store the top down?

Trying to get an idea how the Softopper folds down.

With a smaller back window a glass window could work, but I can see now that the glass can possibly get damage.

If the back window does get all yellow it look very easy to replace. I guessing a zipper or snaps is holding the window in place.
