This stuff kills like a champ . Utter decimation the morning after . No mosquitos biting round my joint for about 3 weeks after an application

We were have flickering lights and power surges, I guess after being in the ground 50 years stuff just messes up.
The Stock house is back to normal which ain't saying much.

My inlet is going through some 50 year old trees. Corner of house to some utility pole I can't even see from the jungle in my yard. Branches are so tangled there is no safe way to trim it back.




One of these days I need to figure that one out.

Yeah will have to look up the rules on that one. I think if its on the pole or upstream, its on them. If its between pole and house, its my problem.

Its on my to-do list anyways, which is extra long at the minute. Still have to rip up and replace half the living room floor from my kitchen sink dumbassery a couple weeks ago. I plan to do that right after the bank comes over friday to close out the refinance. Meybbe throw a rug over that part soes they don't notice my slovenlyness.

Went from 3.79 to 2.49%.

Not the greatest rate out there but it's through my bank, making it convenient.

Also went from 30Y to 15Y thus reducing total cost by 60k or so.
