If by that you mean, added blue loctite to them after I took it apart for the CB then yes. Can't really get your average torque wrench on those guys

I need to get under it and see if I can narrow down which it is, hopefully its not the double cardan joint

 

Owners manual has maintenance interval for DS lube and bolt torque.

 

I thought everyone had a box/open for the torque wrench.

No idea, I've read mixed opinions on whether extensions mess up torque readings or not as well. But I'm guessing for stuff like driveshaft bolts and suspension its probably not that critical if its a bit off.

 

LOL.. They were only like 600 watts.. Actually, that particular model was the only one that passed emissions testing and was allowed to be sold for a number of years. A number were pulled from the market due to door leaks.

I just figured it was one of those old wive's tales used to scare kids into compliance, like 'don't cross your eyes or they'll stick that way and your only career path will be with the circus'...that sort of thing.

There was some truth to it.. Some of the early low-cost models would leak. But they should have all been pulled from the market.
