We're included in the hail storm warning now too.
Torrential downpour with thunder and lightening at the moment here.

I’m watching and hearing it creep in right now. Might be an epic light show!

Everyone like as Moaner, something I noticed browsing random threads with funny names:deadhorse:... As I was getting into my car in the morning I noticed the first scratch on Jerry (my taco) and almost spit took my coffee. Maybe it was the storm?

Tried to make the cat/transmission/transfer case shields but found out guys in Texas are selling pre-made 1/4" thick alloy ones for material costs, was a pain to install but definitely worth it.

So I found this video and got to thinking, what if?

on a smaller scale of course, maybe a frame-mounted potato gun hanging underneath the truck. Flip on the ol' air compressor (for those with on-board air) and let it rip.

@daks did you use that air horn yet? maybe this is a back up solution for when they don't move out of the way.

You'll want the potatoes in a discarding sabot to get a good seal in the barrel. Also have to address perishability. Imagine a magazine of potatoes rotting in the summer heat while you're at work.

you can get a really good seal with a sharpened barrel end and muzzle loading.

and yes, do not forget a potato in there. experience says it will get bad.
