Not hard to build yourself if you don't care about it being 100% perfect. I'm far from an experienced wood worker, and it's not perfect, but 100% functional. Built with a cheap circ saw, a drill, and kreg jig. But then again, it doesn't bother me if things aren't quite square and don't line up quite right. If that stuff bugs you, pay someone with wood working experience.

 

Word, buy a craftsman circular saw for $60 at lowes and you can probably sell it for $45 after you're done with the project LOL

Can you hear the fan clutch locking up? Roaring when the RPMs come up?

 

I wasn't paying attention close enough at the time, but I did do some very half-ass investigating and decided on fan-clutch as well.

Installing an new Aisin clutch tonight.
