How big of a box?

I am going to be purchasing a JL audio 10w3v3-4 sub very soon. I was just wondering how big of a box I would have to have to get good bass out of the sub. Will the box for this sub fit behind my rear seats?

I'd recommend checking the JL site for enclosure specs. I know they list them there.

 

I just got rid of my box that took the entire back behind the seats up. It was from soundoff audio, 2 Alpine 10's in it. I ended up with the JL audio stealth box. It takes 1/2 the room and the sound is 10x better, install is easy, and looks better. They do take a min of 600 w to run the JL's.

you need to check the mounting depth, most boxes made for double cabs can only accommodate around 5"

Do do not require a minimum of 600W, jl actually recommends a 250/1 for the stealthbox
